Pure Linen Sport Coat in Cream and Sand Glen Plaid

This pure linen sport coat speaks of summer comfort, with fabric from the renowned Solbiati mill, and offers a sophisticated treatment of the classic glen plaid motif, with an understated sand pattern on a cream ground. As with all our jacketing, cut in our workroom in a full range of sizes, then tailored in a trim natural shoulder silhouette with a canvassed and lined two-button front, and trim 3" lapels, side vents, and double pipe and flap lower pockets. We suggest our robin’s egg blue cutaway collar shirt, with its clean white stripe, fashioned from cotton and linen, as an ideal complement to the jacket. With it, we like this new wonderful necktie with its wide sky blue triple stripe, with a contrasting white center, on a green tea ground. Our cobalt blue linen pocket square, trimmed in white, is a perfect accent to the jacket. White linen trousers complete the ensemble handsomely. We propose our Lawrence Monk strap shoes as a timeless addition, and add a tan leather belt as appropriate.
