Wool, Silk and Cashmere Sport Coat in Blue Glen Plaid

This exceptional jacket, cut from peerless Loro Piana cloth woven from 86% wool, 10% silk and 4% cashmere, has a blue on blue glen plaid pattern, unmistakably sophisticated as well as versatile. The cloth, which is called “Silk Air” is soft to the touch and easy to wear. As with all our jackets, cut in a full range of sizes, and tailored in a trim natural shoulder silhouette with a canvassed and lined two-button front, and trim 3" lapels, side vents and double pipe and flap lower pockets. Shown with one of our essential spread collar dress shirts with a blue Bengal stripe on white 2-ply Italian woven cotton, and one of our classic English silk striped neckties. We like the way the marigold ground, with its sky blue stripes bordered in navy, complements the jacket. In the pocket, our linen and cotton corner check pocket square. The trousers are lined cream doeskin English flannels, handsomely accessorized with a chestnut leather strap that fits the vermeil slide buckle perfectly. Tassel loafers with a brogue wing tip are a sophisticated choice.
