In the early 1930’s Nettleton introduced and patented this style of shoe and coined the word “loafer” to describe it. The Charleston variation, exclusive to us, is a two-tone shoe with a contrasting upper. Each shoe has double row stitching, a thick outsole, supple calfskin leather, and buttery soft lining with minimal seams for added comfort. Goodyear construction. Sizes 8-13, D width. Shown here in whiskey aniline leather with straw colored linen upper.
